Find The Right Vacation For Your Family

When it’s time to plan your family vacation the best way to choose a destination for your family is to find family friendly cities. These cities are noted for their ability to accommodate kids and adults alike to make the most of your vacation for you and your kids. From fun activities to kid friendly hotels. Family friendly cities make the most of a vacation for everyone.

The best, and maybe one of the most obvious family friendly cities is Orlando, Florida. The most common place of interest is Disney World. Located just outside Orlando, Disney World is fantastic for kids of all ages. They have four different theme parks that all offer a little something different. The Magic Kingdom is the most popular park and is the most friendly to younger children. As an adult who has been to The Magic Kingdom, it was my favorite park as well. And truly, all the Disney parks offer things for all ages. Another thing that makes Orlando one of the most family friendly cities is Universal Studios parks. But these parks are geared to older kids and adults.

One of the next top family friendly cities is Paradise Island, Bahamas. They have great beach activities for everyone. But one thing they offer that no one else does is Discovery Channel Camp. This is a great day program for children age 12 and under that will not only keep your children fully entertained, but they will get some great educational opportunities that will be disguised as great fun. And keeping all of the family in mind, there are great places to visit and things to do as adults, from casinos to clubs. Of course, being listed as one of the top family friendly cities, they have plenty of activities that you whole family can enjoy together like enjoying the beach or even taking a sail around the island.

As you search through some of these family friendly cities there are several things to look for. Make sure they offer activities for every age group in your party. Snowbird, Utah is a great family ski vacation, but your littlest ones might not be up for skiing just yet. And be sure that in your search for family friendly cities that your destination has group activities that will give you a great together time. One of my favorites is Williamsburg, Virginia. There is plenty to do on site for everyone. But it is also within driving distance of historical Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Norfolk. This gives you lots of options as you get down to planning the daily schedule of your trip.
